Loomis is focused on full custom homes and whole-home transformation projects. We partner closely with homeowners and architects to bring clarity early, protect design intent in the field, and deliver a controlled, well-managed build experience.

We are not a fit for small remodels, partial-scope work, or “one-room” projects.

Custom Home Construction

High-end custom homes guided by hands-on leadership, disciplined sequencing, and quality control—protecting design intent while keeping schedule, communication, and jobsite standards consistent.

Whole-Home Renovations & Additions

Select whole-home renovation and addition projects, typically involving significant scope, complexity, or reconfiguration. These projects receive the same level of planning, oversight, and craftsmanship as new construction.
