The Colony Residence is about how a home feels from the inside out. The architecture provides a calm, structured backdrop, and the interiors—developed in collaboration with Ana Donohue—bring the warmth, texture, and personality that make the spaces memorable. Our role was to keep the handoff between design intent and construction reality tight: clear details, clean edges, and disciplined finish transitions so the interior story reads as one continuous experience. The result is refined without being showy—comfortable, layered, and built to be lived in.
