The Preserve Residence

The Preserve, Park City

On a nine-acre homesite, the goal wasn’t to build bigger—it was to build calmer. The Preserve Residence was organized around privacy, arrival, and long views, with a deliberate plan that creates a sense of retreat without feeling remote. Loomis carried the work from early coordination through execution, so the things that usually drift—alignment, edge conditions, finish transitions, and sequencing—stayed controlled. The outcome is composed and quiet in the right ways: a home that feels settled, easy to live in, and confidently finished.

  • Site-first decisions: view corridors, approach, and privacy shaped the layout from day one.
  • Controlled execution: clean transitions and consistent detailing across trades and finishes.
  • Built for use: refined, but never precious—spaces designed to live in year-round.
